Primož Vehar, Team Leader and Senior Legal Expert

Primož Vehar is an international expert in the area of legal harmonization with the internal market acquis. Over the past 14 years of his career M Vehar has acquired  substantial experience in this area working in a new EU Member state that went through the accession process. He held the position of Counsellor for EU matters in the Secretariat for Legislation of Slovenian Government, responsible for legal harmonisation and later was the Secretary of EU Affairs Committee in the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia. From February 2005 M Vehar worked as Senior Legal Advisor in PLAC 2 Project in Serbia and in Montenegro. M Vehar was also involved, as an expert, in several projects concerning legal harmonization issues and role of national parliaments in other countries of Western Balkans. After graduating from Law Faculty, he passed his bar exam and holds a master degree in political sciences.

Dragan Božanić, Key Legal Expert

 M Dragan Božanić is legal expert with extensive knowledge of the legal and administrative system of public administration in Serbia and many years of experience in Serbian judicial system. During the 15 years of legal practice M Božanić obtained great experience in Commercial and Company Law as well as in depth knowledge of all aspects of the legislative drafting process with direct experience in harmonization of Serbian legislation with EU Acquis, specifically in the area of internal market. He graduated at Belgrade University, Faculty of Law and passed bar exam. Dragan Božanić is member of the Bar Association.

Ivana Krpina, Non-key Legal Expert

 Ms Ivana Krpina is an expert in the area of legal harmonization with the internal market acquis, human rights and media law. Over the last few years, Ms Krpina acquired substantial experience in these areas working in several nongovernmental organizations and different EU projects and has also experience as legal executive in the field of insurance. She was Legal Consultant of the EU Twinning Project, Capacity Building and Strengthening of the Ministry of Justice, Legal Advisor of the Center for Law and Media of Media Center in Belgrade and Legal Expert of the Lawyers Committee for Human Rights.  After graduation, Ms Krpina started postgraduated studies in International Public Law, Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade and she is a master degree candidate.

Vesna Podgorac, Project Translator

 Ms Vesna Podgorac is a translator. After graduating English Language and Literature at the University of Belgrade, she has acquired extensive experience in translating legal documents considering that for many years now she has been providing linguistic support to the top Serbian lawyers and foreign consultants in their efforts towards legal harmonization. She is providing accurate and meaningful translations of laws, studies, expert opinions, comments, etc, in both Serbian and English language

Viktor Dimic, IT Expert

 M Viktor is IT Expert certified by Microsoft and Sun Microsystems. Throughout the period of past 12 years, M Viktor has been developing his career working in a number of international companies established in Serbia, either as IT Expert, IT Manager and
ICT System Administrator. After finishing high school in the United States he graduated from the Belgrade Business School and now holds master degree in IT Engineering.

Jelena Bulatovic, Project Assistant/Interpreter

 Ms Jelena Bulatovic graduated from the University of Philology in Belgrade, department-English language and literature. After graduation she has been working with EU Projects providing general assistance to the Project Team in the field of office management and interpretation.
