Improving the Coordination and Monitoring Capacities for the Legal Harmonisation Process

II.A    Assist SEIO in the Negotiations Prior to Signing the SAA

·               Providing comparative best practice examples to SEIO

·               Round tables with SEIO officials and the negotiation team

II.B   Support to the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in Establishing its Role in the Pre-Accession Period

·         Review of current the current practice in the National Assembly regarding the EU Integration process and legal harmonisation

·         Comparative review of management approaches of the parliaments from new EU Member State and accession candidate country

·         Assist in reviewing and improving the procedures between the Parliament and the  GoS

·         Assist in establishing a system of scrutiny of Governmental work on legal harmonisation

·         Provide assistance to the EU Committee and the Department for EU Integration

·         Provide assistance to the SAA Joint Parliamentary Committee
